submitted by Karla G. - |Recommended: YesFirst Month So Far - I Love It — From sending an inquiry online, getting a call the next day, getting a tour, moving-in, and the first month of living in my new place - it has been incredibly easy, efficient, and wonderful. There have been no issues so far and every question I've had for the front office, they've always done an incredible job of making me feel heard, and helping me as soon as they can. There is always parking, even though the spaces are a little tight for comfort, nonetheless, I love that I don't have to worry about towing for my guests or anything, guest parking is always kind of a nightmare. Every once in a while I can hear my upstairs neighbors, but out of 24 hours of the day, I maybe hear them like 10 minutes in total - max, plus its not even THAT loud, I think it just happens because people are living on top of one another. It happens. The quality of this place and the valet trash amenities maintenance systems they have in place are fabulous, never have a complaint I've lived in a few apartments before, and this one is by FAR the best one I've lived in yet. submitted by Denise H. - |Recommended: YesPretty — Really pretty set up. So far they have been quick to fix things. I Can't hear neighbors while in their apartments but I can hear people who are outside.

submitted by Beth C. - |Recommended: NoFind Another Company. — This apartment complex is owned by a larger overarching company. They recently changed out their staff in the front office. They are no longer friendly nor they willing to help if there’s a concern. I don’t know any of the staff names anymore and if there is a problem the manager says that it isn’t her fault.

submitted by Sandra B. - |Recommended: YesMy Happy Place — Nice place to live, a lot of friendly people Office staff are also friendly and assist with any concerns. One negative on the property is when some dog owners don't pick up after their pets. I'm sure this is an issue for other complexes as well. We all need to be more responsible pet owners.
