|Recommended: No. — Parking lot not good, too many compact parking, you get car damage bcuz you can’t get in or out your car. Pet owners don’t pick up dog poop, there’s poop everywhere. Portal app don’t work. Office staff acknowledgement is not on point.

|Recommended: YesIt's Been A Great 5 Years — I have been a resident at Southpark Crossing for 4 almost 5 years and I have had a great experience here. The home itself has a great open floor plan and the quality of appliances has been great. I have to note that parking spaces are tiny and if you get home anytime after about 10pm it's pretty tough to find a spot. People don't pick up after their pets so watch where you step, dumpster is often overflowing usually with bulk items people just toss away and the parking lot lighting has been out for months. I am leaving for work and walking my dogs very very early in the morning so sometimes this causes some discomfort. BUT overall, maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner, office staff are polite and responsive to my needs, the community location to Southpark Meadows and quick hop on to Slaughter and or I35 is really nice, my apartment is nice and clean, I rarely hear my neighbors and have had a positive experience for the monthly rate I have been paying. I would not be leaving if I didn't need to move closer to work.

|Recommended: YesFirst Month So Far - I Love It — From sending an inquiry online, getting a call the next day, getting a tour, moving-in, and the first month of living in my new place - it has been incredibly easy, efficient, and wonderful. There have been no issues so far and every question I've had for the front office, they've always done an incredible job of making me feel heard, and helping me as soon as they can. There is always parking, even though the spaces are a little tight for comfort, nonetheless, I love that I don't have to worry about towing for my guests or anything, guest parking is always kind of a nightmare. Every once in a while I can hear my upstairs neighbors, but out of 24 hours of the day, I maybe hear them like 10 minutes in total - max, plus its not even THAT loud, I think it just happens because people are living on top of one another. It happens. The quality of this place and the valet trash amenities maintenance systems they have in place are fabulous, never have a complaint I've lived in a few apartments before, and this one is by FAR the best one I've lived in yet. |Recommended: NoFind Another Company. — This apartment complex is owned by a larger overarching company. They recently changed out their staff in the front office. They are no longer friendly nor they willing to help if there’s a concern. I don’t know any of the staff names anymore and if there is a problem the manager says that it isn’t her fault.

|Recommended: YesMy Happy Place — Nice place to live, a lot of friendly people Office staff are also friendly and assist with any concerns. One negative on the property is when some dog owners don't pick up after their pets. I'm sure this is an issue for other complexes as well. We all need to be more responsible pet owners.
