|Recommended: YesVery Nice — It’s very beautiful by the pool area at night. My apartment is very clean even though I think they did little poor job cleaning and repainting. I see scratches on the kitchen floor from dragging appliances. Overall, I like it.

|Recommended: YesNicest Apartment I've Lived In — I really enjoy living here so far. The people are very friendly, we had a maintenance issue when we first moved in and it was fixed right away, we can't hear our neighbors at all, and we haven't had any trouble with parking. The apartment is cute and we haven't had any issues. Would definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesNice Place — Southpark Crossing is the nicest apartment complex I've lived in, in Austin. I love the apartment's layout and specifically chose the complex for the bath tub and kitchen. My only complaints are that the parking is minimal and there is only one access point to the frontage road.

|Recommended: YesProperty Is Not Great But Apartment Is — The property is not in good shape. The landscaping is non-existent, trash is just sitting in the parking lot for extended periods of time and smells so bad. The hammocks would be nice but the ground it is on is just rocks and dirt. I wish I was not the only person picking up after their dog, this also adds to the unpleasant smell when in front of at least my building. The parking situation... the compact spots are small so when big SUVs take them, its impossible to park next to them so I have to park by other buildings to get a spot. The apartment though is great Everything looks like new and was cleaned well before I moved in I can hear all of my neighbors but that is honestly to be expected, it is an apartment. Everyone I've talked to in the leasing office has been AMAZING. I just wish for more grass and for the pool to be open
Hi Sara, I am sorry to hear that our community has not met your expectations with regard to our landscaping and pool accessibility at this time. Please feel free to contact me in the office about the concerns with landscaping. I would be happy to answer and questions, and learn about what we can do to improve. Our team completes a walk of the community's grounds each morning, though it is possible that some objects are missed. I will remind our team to be especially thorough when looking for trash and dog waste left behind from others while conducting these walks daily. If there is any specific area that you would like to bring to our attention, I would also be happy to send help to tend to these areas.
I understand your concerns with larger vehicles parking in the marked compact spaces making it difficult for others to find accessible parking, and I apologize that you have experienced issues with this. We are currently working with our residents and the tow company that visits our community in an effort to improve the parking accessibility for all. We understand the disappointment behind the pool being temporarily closed, and I apologize for the frustration. This project was required after apparent damage to our pool's surface which caused a safety concern. It has, however, provided us an opportunity to upgrade this amenity for our residents. We will be using a far more durable and attractive finish while re-plastering the pool, and anticipate this project to be completed very soon.

|Recommended: YesGreat Community — It's a nice place to live and it's located near lots of shopping and restaurants. Other residents are always friendly and its feels comfortable and safe. The staff is always really helpful when needed. My only complaint is there is not a lot of parking options for wide vehicles.
